In the budget last month, our UK Chancellor Mr Osborne announced measures to reduce the amount of tax relief a person can claim. The new cap on tax relief will limit to £50,000 or 25% of income the amount of tax relief a taxpayer may claim.
I, as a charity fundraiser, am also concerned at the implications of such proposal. I hear the government is telling us these measures will be in place to stamp out overuse of tax avoidance. Well I am very surprised and confused that on one hand the
